Troubleshooting Verification Issues

We strive for a seamless verification process, but should you encounter any issues, here are some tips to help resolve them effectively:

Document Rejection Reasons
  • Coverage of Information: Ensure that no part of the information on the document’s photo page is covered or obscured. We need a clear view of the entire document.
  • Expired Document: Verify that your document is current and has not expired.
  • Mismatched Details: Double-check that the name and date of birth you entered on our website match those on your document.
  • Incomplete Submission: If your document has relevant information on both sides, please upload images of both the front and back.
  • Unacceptable Document Type: Make sure the document you are using is one that we accept.
  • Incorrect Format: We do not accept documents in PDF format. Please upload your documents in an accepted image format.

Which format of photo i can upload?

Make sure each photo is less than 5MB in size and in one of the following formats: JPG, JPEG, or PNG.

Submit Your Face with ID Card

For the second photo, we need a picture of your face alongside the same ID card. This photo helps us confirm your identity against the ID you provided.

Instructions:
  1. Hold the ID card next to your face. Ensure both your face and the ID are clearly visible.
  2. Avoid hats, sunglasses, or other accessories that can obscure your face.
  3. Use a plain background if possible for better visibility.
  4. Ensure the photo is well-lit without any harsh shadows.

Submit Your ID Card (Front Side)

Please submit a clear, color photo of the front side of your valid ID card. Ensure that all details are visible and legible. Avoid any glare or shadows that might obscure the text or photo on the ID.

Instructions:
  1. Place your ID on a flat surface with good lighting.
  2. Position your camera directly above the ID to avoid angles.
  3. Make sure the entire ID is visible in the frame.
  4. Check the photo for clarity and legibility before uploading.
