Step 1: Access the Card Ordering Section

• Log in to your account.
• Navigate to the main menu and select "Cards". This will take you to our card ordering section.

Step 2: Order Your Cards

• Once you are in the "Cards" section, click on the "Order Cards" button.
• You will be redirected to our e-shop where you can select the quantity and design of the cards you wish to order.

Step 3: Completing Your Order

• After selecting your cards and proceeding to checkout, you will come to the payment page.
• Important: On the checkout page, you will see a field labeled "Tuker ID". You must enter your unique Tuker ID in this field. Your Tuker ID ensures that the QR codes on your cards are correctly linked to your account, enabling you to receive tips directly.

Finalize Your Purchase

• Review your order details and confirm your payment method.
• Once everything is set, finalize your purchase by following the on-screen instructions.

Payment Processing Schedule

• We process payments to our users once a week.
• The amount you have earned up to the end of the last pay period is automatically calculated and prepared for payout.

How Payments are Made

• Direct Deposit: Payments are directly deposited into the bank account or digital wallet linked to your platform account.
• Update Payment Details: To ensure there are no delays in receiving your funds, please make sure that your payment details are up-to-date in your profile settings.

• Select "My Teams" from the menu. This page will display all the teams in which you are currently a participant.

• Each team listed on the "My Teams" page will show the amount you have earned from that team. This information is regularly updated to reflect your latest earnings.

If you enter incorrect credentials, such as a wrong name or surname, for your bank account, this may cause issues with your payment processing.
